I lead design and frontend engineering for Seqera AI: an assistant that helps teams debug, learn, and ship bioinformatics workflows across web, IDE, and terminal.
The work spans conversation UI, workspace and project context, CLI parity with the web experience, and a shared design system so product surfaces feel cohesive in light and dark modes.
I collaborate with research, product, and engineering on model-driven flows, error interpretation, and making complex pipeline state legible for scientists and engineers.
