I owned product design and initial explorations for Copilot usage metrics: dashboards and reports that help orgs understand adoption, activity, and value. These explorations included research, design, and communication with product and engineering.
The challenge was to balance depth for admins with clarity for busy stakeholders—progressive disclosure, consistent chart language, and accessible tables and filters.
